We are seeking a Web Content Manager to support IC-facing digital communications, website management, and AI-focused content development. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong WordPress administration skills, strategic communications expertise, and demonstrated experience producing AI-related content and customer-facing digital materials.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and update website content using WordPressDraft, edit, and publish AI-related blog posts and website articlesConduct research on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry developmentsCurate and highlight relevant articles, announcements, and customer-facing contentDevelop and distribute newsletters and strategic communications materialsCoordinate content schedules and ensure timely publishingSupport light project management and stakeholder coordination as neededEnsure consistency in messaging, branding, and editorial quality across all communicationsREQUIREMENTS:TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphMinimum 10 years of experience administering and managing WordPress websitesStrong writing, editing, and strategic communications skillsExperience researching and producing content related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologiesKnowledge of content management, digital communications, and newsletter developmentMicrosoft AI Fundamentals certification or equivalent AI foundational knowledgeMinimum 15 years of experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or government customersMinimum 15 years of experience in project management and strategic communicationsAbility to work independently in a part-time, customer-support environmentStrong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills Join a mission-driven team advancing government and intelligence data initiatives.
