Job description

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrator to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the Department of Homeland Security. As an Executive Administrator at ARETUM, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of CISA.

Responsibilities
  • Experience conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Experience providing internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics collection, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and general administrative compliance.
  • Experience providing subject matter expertise in office administration, records management, knowledge management, task allotment and tracking, quality control and assurance.
  • Experience coordinating and preparing travel arrangements, authorization, and vouchers on behalf of Government staff through the CISA travel system.
  • Experience writing and editing memos, developing spreadsheets, files, and copy documents.
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, organizing, and maintaining calendars (to include priority management of request) for CSD staff.
  • Experience coordinating media appearances/interviews and congressional meetings/briefings in accordance with DHS and CISA policies and procedures.
  • Experience providing logistics support for on-site events such as coordinating teleconferences, video teleconferences, meeting registration, and room reservations.

Requirements

  • MS degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preference for recent and similar DHS experience.
  • Possess excellent strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to Obtain/Maintain DHS Suitability.
