Job description

We are looking for dedicated volunteer mentors to support the women at Ohana Beginnings. As a volunteer, this position is unpaid. Must live in or near Salt Lake City, Utah.   

      

Mentors:

  • Connect with their assigned mom at least once each week.
  • Submit a brief weekly mentor report.
  • Maintain confidentiality and healthy boundaries.
  • Complete required onboarding, background check, and training before being matched with a client.
  • Communicate with the Ohana Beginnings team as needed for guidance and support.


Our mentors serve women from a variety of backgrounds, including those experiencing unplanned pregnancies, single motherhood, teen pregnancy, unsafe relationships, adoption considerations, or other difficult circumstances.
