LHH has partnered with our client to identify a Digital Application Analyst III with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management systems to support a large-scale healthcare initiative. This role will focus on configuration, testing, and optimization of UKG Pro W and Advanced Scheduler within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure, support, and optimize UKG Pro W / Workforce Management systems, including Advanced Scheduler
  • Execute and validate test scripts for system implementations and enhancements
  • Support go-live activities and post-production stabilization
  • Analyze workforce data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights
  • Perform data cleanup and ensure consistency across integrated systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support ongoing system performance and optimization
  • Collaborate with project leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across platforms
  • Maintain data integrity across WFM and integrated enterprise systems
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience with UKG Pro W / Workforce Management systems
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler configuration and support
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions and core WFM modules
  • Experience with test script development and execution
  • Experience supporting go-live and stabilization efforts
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Experience working in healthcare environments with enterprise workforce systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Clairvia, StaffReady, or similar scheduling platforms
  • 3+ years of experience with Clairvia or related tools
  • Experience with Workforce Integration Manager or system integrations
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems
  • Prior consulting experience supporting WFM implementations
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments
Additional Details:
  • Schedule: Day shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Fully remote with preference for candidates located in the West Coast time zone
