This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while still being part of an engaging and collaborative team. You will be equipped with the necessary tools, including a robust electronic medical record system, to document client progress, monitor treatment plans, and communicate effectively with your colleagues. Regular virtual team meetings foster a sense of community and keep everyone aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload effectively, triaging tasks according to urgency while ensuring quality service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, providing therapeutic support to help them develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health. Building trusting relationships and creating a safe space for open dialogue will be fundamental to your role as you coach and empower clients towards healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • An active independent license in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain a full caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with youth in a therapeutic setting, particularly in outpatient environments.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation processes for mental health services.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young clients toward positive change while managing a dynamic caseload.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and wellness.
  • Life and disability insurance for added peace of mind.
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure you are protected in your practice.
  • An employee assistance program providing mental health support.
  • Minimal paperwork to maximize your focus on client care.
