The Reentry Support Specialist Lead uses their position experience to benefit both staff and residents. The Reentry Support Specialist Lead is responsible for assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance of stated duties, and will work closely with Management on all issues associated with residential staff.

High School diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in social science preferred. Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained
