Join Our Team as an Electronics Assembly Associate I at Silvus Technologies (A Motorola Company)!
(1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Culver City, CA
Rate of Pay: $21.63 per hour
Assignment: Temp-to-Hire
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (First Week)
Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

A Day in Your Life:
In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the forefront of technology, responsible for:
  • Testing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Conducting final product assembly and system-level testing.
  • Recording and reporting production and test data with precision.
  • Collaborating closely with our talented Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by sharing your valuable insights.
Who You Are:
You’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, tweezers).
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production software.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or testing environments.
  • Familiarity with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and manufacturing quality assurance processes.
  • A passion for hands-on technical work and a desire to learn.
Training & Onboarding:
Get ready for an exciting one-week training program that sets you up for success! After completing training, you’ll transition to your assigned production shift, ready to make your mark.
