The Production Information Specialist I is responsible for providing key product details to the retail partners of Nite Ize, including physical attributes of products as well as marketing attributes and assets.  


The position for Product Information Specialist I is expected to be open until June 19, 2026.


Key Responsibilities for Product Information Specialist I

  • Responsible for the assignment and execution of processing product information requests.
  • Reviews new requests and delegates to Product Information Specialists, verifying completion and accuracy. 
  • Supplies Sales and external customers with accurate product information, including pricing, dimensions, barcodes, imagery, marketing assets, and related product data through Excel files, retailer templates, customer portals, and product management systems.
  • Utilizes Product Information Management (PIM) module within Oracle, SmartSheet, and Brandfolder to gather product information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to validate product information, resolve data discrepancies, and address onboarding and customer-specific issues. 
  • Conduct accurate and timely upload of inventory feeds to customer portals when needed. Provide tracking for shipped items, and invoicing information for proper billing.
  • Regularly review customer websites to ensure compliance with customer processes and information requirements. 
  • Collaborate with other Product Information Specialists and/or Manager for timely review and response.
  • Assists with maintaining the ordering database used for tradeshows.
  • Manages our internal fraudulent order checking process to address as needed.
  • Assist with Order Management related tasks as needed.


Requirements


High School diploma or GED required.

Previous business experience preferred (order entry, distribution operations, customer service, or similar). Knowledge of Nite Ize operations a plus. 

Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office. Must be proficient in Excel. Outlook experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Oracle preferred.

Strong team-oriented mindset. 

Ability to work at quick pace and have strong sense of urgency.

Ability to think creatively, provide innovative solutions, and seek out opportunities.

Possess analytical, problem-solving, strategic thought processes.

Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. 

Self-motivated to complete tasks on time and improve team efficiencies.

Professional written and verbal communication skills required. 

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. 

Must be able to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English.

Must be 18 or older to apply.


Work Hours: This is a regular, benefits-eligible position with normal office hours. Hybrid schedule with on-site and work from home days.


Hiring Compensation for Product Information Specialist I: Hiring pay range: $19.00 - $21.50/hour DOQ.
