Job Title: Associate Account Specialist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Droisys is hiring in Las Vegas, NV. This is a fantastic role for someone early in their career or someone looking to switch to a new industry.
You'll support managers, and clients in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while keeping clients updated. You can expect a mix of recruiting work and client-facing tasks.
What You'll Do
  • Work with managers and clients to understand job needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Provide updates and handle client documentation.
  • Keep accurate records in the ATS.
  • Othe tasks as assigned.

What We're looking for:
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, client support, call center, or related work (internships count).
  • Interest in tech and recruiting for IT, software, and engineering roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who's open to feedback and wants long-term growth.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
