What You’ll Do:
  • Perform precise dimensional inspections on manufactured and purchased parts using state-of-the-art laser trackers (Leica or Faro), ensuring every component meets exacting customer requirements.
  • Create and execute inspection programs and reports with SpatialAnalyzer software, utilizing both 2D drawings and 3D CAD data.
  • Provide real-time support to production teams, assisting with alignments, adjustments, and ensuring the highest quality standards at every stage.
  • Mark and lay out parts for finish-machining, playing a direct role in the manufacturing process.
  • Lead the way in non-conformance management—identify issues, champion corrective action, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and calibrate laser tracking equipment, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Leica or Faro laser trackers in a manufacturing/fabrication setting.
  • Proficiency in SpatialAnalyzer (SA) inspection software.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and a solid grasp of GD&T.
  • Confident in basic math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry) and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
