Job description

Provides advice on critical performance management cycle events, including performance plans, critical elements, performance discussions. Experience in developing new and/or revising performance plans on an agency-wide basis, as the agency's primary resource in this area. Serves as the primary POC and System Admin for the agency's automated performance system.
