Hospice Patient Care Volunteers Make a Difference

Affinity Care Hospice-Sarasota is looking for dedicated, compassionate and caring individuals who can provide care to patients and their loved ones by providing:

Respite - Sitting with patient to allow caregiver a break for self-care and/or necessary appointments, errands, etc.

Vigil - Provide bedside presence during transition and when actively dying.

Social - Visit patients in facilities reading, playing games, singing, taking a stroll, or companionship.

VETERANS - Veterans Honors Ceremony to those who have served our country - Provide support to fellow veterans with the unique bond those whose military service.
