Use Your Office Skills to Make a Difference as an Administrative Volunteer

Do you enjoy staying organized and supporting a team? Administrative Volunteers help our staff provide excellent care through a variety of office tasks. This is a meaningful opportunity if you prefer a non-patient-facing role.

What Administrative Volunteers Do:

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist staff with follow-up calls
  • Copy, file, and prepare mailings
  • Create and organize admission packets
  • Assemble volunteer orientation and in-service materials
  • Help with supply inventory
  • Support special projects as needed
