We are seeking a Field Staff Training Specialist to join our North American Disaster Relief team in North Wilkesboro, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the role of Field Staff Training Specialist,you will have the opportunity to:
  • Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ, and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Implement, facilitate, and manage live field training events.
  • Work closely with Field Team members to design and develop instructor-led training.
  • Support training initiatives for North American Disaster Relief key partners, staff and volunteers as needed.
  • Design and develop resources for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?
Serve with Excellence
As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in content design and delivery industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, general writing skills, and curriculum development theory
  • Application of customer relations skills
  • Thorough knowledge of content delivery techniques
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or similar software systems
  • Knowledge of table top exercises and assessment tools
  • Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
