Position Summary
Farm Store 99 is seeking an energetic, community-focused professional to serve as our Community Liaison & Delivery Coordinator. This role combines community engagement, customer support, outreach, program promotion, and delivery coordination to help strengthen Farmstore99's impact throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will build relationships with customers, community organizations, healthcare partners, and local stakeholders while also supporting delivery operations for Farm Store 99 programs. This individual will serve as a trusted ambassador of the Farm Store 99 brand and mission.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, local organizations, healthcare providers, and partner agencies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for community inquiries, concerns, referrals, and feedback.
- Represent Farmstore99 at community meetings, health fairs, farmers markets, workshops, and outreach events.
- Promote Farmstore99 programs, including CSA memberships, nutrition education initiatives, produce access programs, and community services.
- Assist customers in understanding available programs and services.
- Identify community needs and communicate opportunities, concerns, and feedback to leadership.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, housing authorities, and social service agencies.
- Distribute educational materials, promotional resources, and program information throughout the community.
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that reflects the values of Farmstore99.
- Support recruitment and retention efforts for CSA and community food programs.
- Assist customers with enrollment, renewals, and program participation.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers and community partners.
- Document community interactions and maintain accurate program records.
- Support outreach campaigns through phone calls, email, text messaging, and social media engagement.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and program evaluation activities.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport CSA shares, food boxes, produce, and supplies.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and routing software.
- Load and unload products while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Obtain delivery confirmations, signatures, and customer acknowledgments as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory tracking records.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
- Communicate proactively regarding delays, route changes, customer concerns, or operational challenges.
- Assist with warehouse, packing, and distribution activities when needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating community events, workshops, educational programs, and outreach activities.
- Support setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
- Help recruit volunteers and community participants.
- Represent Farmstore99 professionally in all public-facing activities.
Requirements
Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community outreach, customer service, delivery services, public engagement, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS applications, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital forms.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills (Spanish strongly preferred).
- Experience working with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, food access programs, agriculture, or community-based organizations.
- Experience with community outreach, public health, nutrition education, or social services.
- Familiarity with CSA programs, local food systems, farmers markets, or agriculture.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) or database systems.
- Experience operating delivery vehicles or coordinating delivery logistics.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and engage in physical activity throughout the workday.
- Comfortable driving for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
This position is primarily field-based and includes a combination of community outreach, customer engagement, event participation, and delivery operations. Work schedules may occasionally include evenings and weekends to support community events and program activities.
