  • Game Day Prep: Lead goalkeeper warm-ups for all home and away matches (schedule permitting) and provide real-time feedback during games.
  • Film Review: Assist in analyzing match footage to identify areas for individual improvement and scout opponent attacking tendencies.
  • Mentorship: Foster a competitive yet supportive environment that prioritizes the mental toughness and confidence of the GK union.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous goalkeeping experience at the collegiate or high-level club/varsity level is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern goalkeeping trends, including building play from the back.
  • Character: A commitment to the NCAA Division II "Life in the Balance" philosophy and the Benedictine values of Saint Anselm College.
  • Availability: Ability to attend afternoon practices. During the fall season and weekend match days. Spring season flexibility.
  • Requirements: Must pass a standard background check and comply with all NCAA and NE10 recruiting and compliance regulations.

Benefits
