Job Summary:
Technical Intelligence Solutions, LLC is a company focused on computing process optimization and delivering innovative solutions for government customers. They are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a collaborative Agile environment, supporting CI/CD efforts and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Write and enhance code for software applications across various platforms.
• Debug, test, and review code to ensure reliability and performance.
• Support CI/CD efforts and participate in product lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software applications using Agile methods.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, tools, and web development stacks.
• Proven ability to switch between languages and learn new ones as needed.
• Familiarity with Agile, extreme programming, product management, and modern software practices.
• Experience writing, enhancing, and debugging code for new and existing applications.
• Code review and merge request experience.
• Ability to use automated testing tools for application testing and maintenance.
• Must obtain a DoD 8570 Compliant Security+ or CISSP certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java (Spring Framework), Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, Drupal.
• Experience with data solutions, data stores, and structured/unstructured data types.
• Familiarity with intelligence disciplines such as GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and SIGINT.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Selenium).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Understanding of JavaScript standards, JSON, REST, CORS, web architecture, and HTTP.
