About the Position: Responsible for working directly with users to define system requirements; developing and maintaining new application systems to support user needs; responsible for standard analyzing, coding, testing and debugging assigned applications or enhancements; documenting applications and modifications or enhancements to existing systems; preparing end user documentation; conducting end user training and provide assistance in supporting applications and perform other duties as assigned. Preference will be given to applicants with development experience the following: Visual Foxpro, Microsoft Access; Visual Basic, SQL Server, Crystal Reports and .NET.

Ability to be flexible in thinking and problem solving. Realistic expectations about the difficulty and challenges of the work. Ability to handle an often-unpredictable work environment.
