Job description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Contract Compensation: $18.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate entry and management of the customer database, including data entry and updates in compliance with regulations.
  • Generate customer correspondence and distribute information efficiently.
  • Create and manage customer eligibility records within the database.
  • Review enrollment information to ensure all data meets compliance standards and requirements.
  • Audit insurance card data, perform envelope stuffing for mailing insurance cards, and assist with related clerical tasks.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding enrollment and record updates.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, supporting team operations.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; two years of administrative experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups preferred.
