Job description

Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Strategic OIE Initiatives Analyst. This role will provide day-to-day analytical, technical, and advisory activities and surge activities as related to identifying, developing, and sequencing DTRA information environment campaigns to create information advantages for the Agency. Provide daily monitoring of the foreign information environment using COTS or other analytic tools and provide assessment products to be shared with internal DTRA and DoD customers.
Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and deeply understand foreign narratives aimed at DTRA and its partners, to include the complex issues/problems areas for the CWMD COI, CCMD, and DoD components.
  • Participate in, or when approved by the Government, coordinate the execution of engagements with USG and international partners and stakeholders to gain first-hand knowledge of stakeholder activities and enablers on FMI topics.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of formal and informal briefings.
  • Develop, compile, and maintain a knowledge base of foreign information environment narratives with DTRA and partner equities.
  • Compile daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and summaries of foreign information environment narratives, tracking trends, baseline narrative detection and deviation, and customized / tailored products for integration into DTRA's campaign approach
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree and a TS/SCI.
  • Must have 10 years of experience Operations in the Information Environment and minimum of five (5) to fifteen (15) years of experience with the following one or several skillsets: Operations in the Information Environment, operational planning for OIE or CWMD; intelligence experience with adversary WMD programs or FMI; CWMD; Treaty and Arms Control Expertise (NPT,
  • CWC, BWC); Strategic Communication; knowledge of Public Affairs; OIE Policy Integration and Analysis; authorities regarding the use of Publicly Available Information, Open-Source or classified intelligence analysis of FMI.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government and international partner efforts to counter and deter WMD and emerging threats.
  • Knowledge of DoD Strategic Guidance and associated documents.
  • Ability to coordinate and reach consensus with other organizations and directorates.
  • Analytical, technical, or administrative support expertise related to CWMD/CBRNE/Consequence Management and/or other DoD-related missions and activities preferred
  • DTRA experience.
  • Experience related to Operations in the Information Environment, to include both classified and unclassified programs, operations, and strategic assistance and recommendations.
