JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours/week), 12 Months per Year, Non-Exempt

  • Coordinate Trips:Match transportation requests with volunteer and bus drivers to keep everyone moving.
  • Be the Communication Hub: Receive and log trip requests, share details with service providers, and ensure everyone stays informed.
  • Solve Problems: Handle challenges with tact, professionalism, and quick thinking.
  • Stay Organized: Accurately manage client information, trip logs, and schedules with precision.
  • Keep Things Moving: Assign and organize drivers to meet transportation needs efficiently.
  • Follow and Collaborate: Adhere to program policies while working closely with other service providers to ensure seamless operations.
