Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Data Entry Clerk opportunities in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities for an Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze order backlog reports and reconcile open lines to identify and resolve potential order fulfillment issues.

  • Build strong supplier relationships and maintain master tracking reports to determine root causes of past-due orders.

  • Obtain invoice copies and updated shipment dates from suppliers, taking appropriate corrective actions and recording detailed notes.

Candidates for Order Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical, administrative support, or supply chain order management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and backlog tracking.
