Job description

Integrated Magnetics is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our custom-engineered solutions for military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.

Key responsibilities include performing audits and inspections, analyzing quality data, collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues, and continuously improving quality management systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to product excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
