Job description

We are seeking a creative and organized Content Creator/Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support our outreach, communications, and events. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing graphic design, social media, and written content, and who is comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You will play an important role in how we share our story and connect with the broader community.

Time Allocation of Duties

  • Graphic Design – 40%
  • Social Media Management – 40%
  • Written Content & Communications – 20%

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital and print materials, including flyers, social media graphics, and event promotions
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and basic engagement
  • Update and maintain website content as needed
  • Write, design, and distribute newsletters and email communications
  • Support marketing and communications for events, including occasional on-site evening or weekend coverage
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all communications
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to gather stories, photos, and updates
  • Ensure all communications align with the organization’s voice and values
