In cloud security at PwC, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and elevating the security posture across our clients' cloud environments, covering IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Your work will involve having a deep technical knowledge of cloud security and you will work with one or more Cloud Service Providers (CSP) to implement security protocols, monitor for potential security breaches, conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing of cloud-based systems, and stay up to date with the latest security threats and trends in cloud technology.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity
As part of the Cybersecurity team, you are tasked with leading the development and implementation of thorough cloud, container, and application security strategies with a significant focus on DevSecOps principles. As a Manager, you are responsible for guiding teams and managing client accounts, concentrating on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for achieving project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while refining your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality. You also provide guidance and training to development and operations teams on recommended practices for secure coding and cloud security.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of resilient security strategies for cloud and container environments
Guide and manage client relationships, maintaining alignment with security objectives
Mentor and develop junior team members in cybersecurity leading practices
Provide specialized training on secure coding and cloud security methodologies
Enhance leadership skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Uphold adherence to the firm's ethical standards and business conduct
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience

Leading development of cloud security strategies
Designing scalable security processes and governance

Configuring custom policy frameworks within CNAPP technologies
Instrumenting in-line security scanning technologies
Providing guidance on secure coding and cloud security
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages
Kubernetes and container orchestration platform administration experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
