Description
Positions in this class lead a youth sports team through practices and games. Officiate teams and games as needed. This is a volunteer position and does not offer any compensation.
Essential Duties
Contact: Gary Gartner, 480-474-5119,ggartner@apachejunctionaz.govTime Commitment: 3-5 hours per week, or as assignedDays of Work Week: Monday through Saturday
Hours: Weekday evenings and Weekends days
Age: 16 years of age and older
Location: Various Sports Facilities
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience and knowledge of sports coaching is desired; mandatory training will be provided. Volunteers eighteen (18) years of age or older who are accepted for the assignment will be required to successfully complete a criminal background report.
