We are seeking a passionate POS Architect with significant experience in delivering modern retail POS and omnichannel solutions to large enterprise organizations.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
As a Commerce Cloud (POS) Success Architect, you will:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with our Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple concurrent engagements. By driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value, you will contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaboration is at the core of our success, and as a POS Success Architect, you will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams of professionals. You will collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions. By fostering strong relationships and working collaboratively, you will contribute to the collective success of our teams and the achievement of our goals.
You're Our Person If...
