Track progress against targets, adjusting strategy & delivery as and where requiredDevelop strong relationships with Deutsche Bank’s client base to ensure their requirements are met & work proactively to increase client penetration across the full suite of execution products. Maintain key client relationships and pitch execution services to clients in cooperation with Product & Sales teamsConsider client feedback and work with internal Deutsche Bank teams to provide commercially viable product improvements. Drive the onboarding of clients to go-live and provide a high-quality customer experience and attitudes through exemplary client service and technology support functionsAbility to execute trades on behalf of clients across multiple different trading platforms & regions (subject to applicable licensing & registrations) . Manage client orders during technical outages, checking position totals, reconciling orders to clients and/or exchanges, and cancelling orders as required to reduce error, exchange, or regulatory risk, or as instructed by the clientUnderstand Algorithmic trading functionality and strategies to support clients best use of algos and expected behaviour, and where appropriate suggest or advise best usage of the algorithms to clients. Monitor and manage full electronic trading offering across proprietary & third-party applications ensuring all issues are managed expediently. Consider & effectively manage risk to the Bank and Clients, ensuring all documentation and approvals are in place to enable client accessContinually update knowledge on exchange and regulatory rules and requirements relating to trading flows and the associated setup and always adhere to all appropriate regulatory rules and requirementsSkills You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree requiredDemonstrated experience within electronic tradingListed Derivatives (LDES) product knowledge requiredUnderstand Algorithmic trading functionality and strategies to support clientsExpectationsIt is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $ $170,000 - $210,000 .
