About the Agency: The Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support billing and account management.
About the Position: This position will review and monitor vendor billing for telecommunications services, reconcile billing records, resolve discrepancies, track account balances, and verify that agency payments are properly posted. The selected candidate will also serve as the primary backup for other agency billing functions, communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues and obtain adjustments or credits, and collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and management to prepare reports detailing vendor-billed services.
