Role Overview
As a Dental Assistant, you help every visit run smoothly, safely, and comfortably. You’ll support the doctor chairside, maintain high standards of sterilization, and create a patient experience defined by clarity and kindness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials for each procedure
  • Assist chairside for restorative and surgical treatments
  • Take and process digital X-rays
  • Maintain strict infection control standards
  • Chart accurately in Open Dental
  • Support lab cases, patient flow, and occasional front-office needs
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited assisting program
  • CPR/BLS and radiology certification
  • 1+ year assisting experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork
  • Tech-savvy and calm in a fast-paced environment
