High School Volleyball Coach

Stipend: 

  • $4000.00

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

The best candidates for this position will embody the values and beliefs at the heart of the VCP mission and vision. 

 They will also meet the following qualifications and possess these preferred skills: 

  • At least one year of experience coaching high school or middle school Volleyball

  • Willingness to commit to the season's schedule, which includes after-school practices, games, and travel

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during the competition season

  • Effective coaching techniques and skills 

  • Strong understanding of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques

  • Ability to teach fundamental skills to players of varying levels

  • Experience in-game strategy, player development, and team management

  • Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes

  • Ability to plan and organize practices, games, and tournaments

  • Ability to manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistics

  • Strong record-keeping skills and the ability to track player progress, attendance, and other team related tasks

  • Ability to manage the team dynamics and handle conflicts within the team
