Job description

This is a temporary position. 

JOB SUMMARY 

At Marriott, Talent Acquisition Operations and Enablement is essential for supporting efficient and scalable hiring processes. As a FLEX Manager in Talent Acquisition Support Services & Enablement, you will help execute and improve TA processes and workflows to support recruiter productivity and deliver a positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in HR operations, technology, and cross-functional teamwork.

CANDIDATE PROFILE  

Education and Experience  

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Talent Acquisition, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  

Preferred 

  •  1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or related fields 
  • Interest in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with TA technology platforms (ATS, CRM, analytics tools) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities 

Talent Acquisition Operations & Process Support

  • Assist with day-to-day TA operational workflows to promote consistency and efficiency across recruiting teams.
  • Work with regional TA leaders, HR, and business partners to identify operational needs and support solutions.
  • Help gather and analyze data to monitor TA performance and suggest improvements.
  • Support compliance with local and global recruiting regulations.

Recruiting Systems & Tools Support

  • Help with the adoption and use of core TA systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools) by supporting process documentation and user training.
  • Collaborate with global technology, HRIS, and TASS teams to ensure systems meet user needs.
  • Monitor system usage and help identify areas for additional training.

Process Management & Standardization

  • Assist in documenting and improving recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer, and pre-boarding workflows.
  • Support process consistency and compliance across regions and business units.
  • Help maintain SOPs, process maps, and training materials.

Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as a point of contact for operational issues, helping to resolve and document them.
  • Build relationships with TA leaders, recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to align support with business needs.
  • Support change management and communication during process or system updates.

Voice of the Candidate & Recruiter

  • Gather feedback from recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Help turn user insights into actionable process enhancements.

Program and Vendor Management

  • Lead ownership of assigned Talent Acquisition programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to support contract reviews, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Support vendor selection and evaluation processes for new tools or services that enhance TA operations.
  • Ensure program documentation and vendor processes are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Project Support & Change Management

  • Support TA technology projects, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Help facilitate alignment across functions for new tools or process changes.
