Technical Targeting Analysts evaluate data across a variety of specialized technical areas to provide insights that drive decision-making for operations.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
Interested candidates should be passionate about the ideals of our American republic, committed to upholding the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution, and committed to improving the efficiency of the Federal government.   • All Directorate of Science and Technology candidates are expected to be effective in a mission-focused environment by:
    • Displaying interpersonal and team-oriented skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
    • Demonstrating an ability to think critically towards solving complex problems
    • Applying and improving technical aptitude
    • Demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills,
    • Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication and an ability to convey complex concepts to all audiences
    • Demonstrating integrity, judgment, initiative and creativity
In addition, TTA Officers will have skills, experience, and interest in one or more of the following areas:
  • Computer programming (e.g., Python, SQL, C++, C, Java, Matlab)
  • Processing, manipulating, and/or analyzing large datasets, including raw and unstructured data sources

  • Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and background investigation, and relocation to the Washington Metropolitan area
