Job description

Midway Plumbing Customer Service Representative

Midway Plumbing is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our company. If you're organized, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to join a team that keeps things moving and customers taken care of quickly. As our CSR, you'll be the first point of contactโ€”helping customers with their plumbing needs, and getting them scheduled fast, and making sure they feel confident they called the right place.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and get customers scheduled quickly
  • Assist customers with their plumbing service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
  • Handle a high call volume while staying organized and efficient
  • Enter and update customer information accurately
  • Prioritize calls, including urgent and emergency requests
  • Deliver a great experience on every call

What We're Looking For

  • Previous CSR or call center experience at an HVAC or plumbing company
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable following call scripts and processes (ServiceTitan knowledge a plus!)
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
