Job description

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a part-time (28 hours per week) Vocational Training Aide to work out of the Center for Industrial Training (CIT) facility in Mechanicsburg.

CIT is a community-based program whose primary mission is to serve the needs of individuals with vocational challenges. CIT provides lucrative training and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other vocational challenges.

The Vocational Training Aide is responsible for implementing a meaningful daily work and activity program serving as a one to one aide for a specific individual. This team member will support this individual in their home and at their job site.

Part-time (28 hours per week) starting at $15.83 per hour. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.

A High School diploma is required and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or relevant education is preferred.
