Job description

The VM Manager will lead the visual merchandising efforts for a retail organization, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing in-store displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Client Details This retail company operates as a mid-sized organization with a focus on delivering high-quality products to its customers.

It is dedicated to innovation and maintaining a consistent brand image across all locations. Description Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to align with the brand's marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to create cohesive in-store displays.

Analyze store layouts and customer flow to optimize product placement and maximize sales. Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and make improvements as needed.

Oversee seasonal and promotional display updates to ensure alignment with retail trends and campaigns. Maintain consistency in brand presentation across all retail locations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation in visual merchandising.
