We believe in the power of experiences and are fiercely dedicated to building products that inspire human connections. We believe in harnessing emerging technology to power performance and unlock creativity. As part of our culture of innovation, we actively embrace the use of AI tools to enhance decision-making, improve workflows, and produce better outcomes for our customers.

The Opportunity:

Vivid Seats is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Web to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our web product experience. This role will own key parts of the Vivid Seats web ecosystem and will be responsible for delivering meaningful improvements across customer acquisition, discovery, engagement, conversion, and revenue.

You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, design, analytics, SEO, paid marketing, and business stakeholders. You will help shape how customers discover live events, evaluate ticket options, and complete purchases through a fast, intuitive, and high-performing web experience.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, customer-obsessed product leader with experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, SEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, or other growth-oriented digital products. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing short-term business priorities with long-term product strategy. You are a strong communicator who can align stakeholders, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.

This is a great opportunity for a product manager who wants to own a highly visible surface area of the business and drive measurable impact for customers and the company.

How Your Role Contributes to the Success of Vivid Seats

As the Senior Product Manager, Web, you will:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Vivid Seats web experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and business priorities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, SEO, paid marketing, CRM, brand, customer support, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver high-impact product experiences.
  • Drive improvements across the web customer journey, including event discovery, search, event pages, ticket selection, checkout entry points, landing pages, and other key conversion surfaces.
  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing partners to identify product opportunities that improve organic visibility, landing page performance, site structure, technical SEO, page quality, and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with paid marketing teams to improve campaign landing experiences, conversion efficiency, measurement, and the end-to-end customer journey for paid traffic.
  • Use data, experimentation, customer insights, competitive research, and business context to identify opportunities and make prioritization decisions.
  • Define success metrics for web initiatives, including traffic quality, conversion rate, revenue, customer engagement, page performance, SEO impact, and other relevant product and business KPIs.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with UX and engineering, translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
  • Balance customer experience, business impact, technical complexity, speed to market, and stakeholder input to make clear and effective product tradeoffs.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, launch plans, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Help establish strong operating rhythms for the web product area, including prioritization forums, roadmap reviews, experiment readouts, and post-launch performance analysis.

How Your Role Expectations Will Progress in the First 30, 90, and 180 Days

30 Days In

  • Complete new hire orientation and build a strong understanding of Vivid Seats' business, customers, products, and organizational goals.
  • Learn how the Vivid Seats web experience supports customer acquisition, event discovery, ticket purchasing, and broader business performance.
  • Build relationships with key partners across engineering, design, analytics, SEO, paid marketing, CRM, brand, customer support, and business leadership.
  • Review the current web roadmap, product backlog, performance dashboards, experimentation history, SEO priorities, paid traffic flows, and known customer pain points.
  • Begin developing a strong understanding of the web product architecture, delivery process, analytics tools, and key business metrics.
  • Partner with UX and engineering to support active initiatives, write or refine product requirements, and assist with feature validation and post-launch measurement.

90 Days In

  • Own and communicate a prioritized roadmap for the web product area, informed by customer needs, business goals, stakeholder input, data, and technical considerations.
  • Identify near-term opportunities to improve web conversion, SEO performance, landing page quality, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
  • Establish clear KPIs and success measures for major web initiatives and ensure teams are aligned on how impact will be measured.
  • Lead discovery for high-priority web opportunities, partnering with design, engineering, analytics, SEO, paid marketing, and other stakeholders to define solutions.
  • Deliver or materially advance initial product improvements that create measurable value for customers and the business.
  • Build strong stakeholder management routines, ensuring partners have visibility into priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Use experimentation, funnel analysis, customer behavior data, and qualitative insights to recommend product enhancements.

180 Days In

  • Deliver meaningful improvements to the Vivid Seats web experience, with measurable impact on customer experience, conversion, acquisition efficiency, SEO performance, revenue, or other key business metrics.
  • Establish a durable web product strategy that balances short-term growth opportunities with longer-term platform and customer experience investments.
  • Drive roadmap planning exercises that align product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
  • Improve team processes for discovery, prioritization, experimentation, launch planning, stakeholder communication, and post-launch measurement.
  • Proactively identify and size new opportunities across the web journey, including acquisition, discovery, event pages, landing experiences, personalization, checkout entry points, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate technical investments that improve site performance, scalability, experimentation velocity, SEO health, and customer experience.
  • Serve as a trusted product leader for the web experience, helping the organization make clear, data-informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Mentor and support peers and cross-functional partners by raising the bar for product thinking, communication, execution, and customer focus.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally with ownership of consumer-facing web, e-commerce, marketplace, growth, or conversion-focused products.
  • Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, performance marketing, landing page optimization, or other customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer behavior, conversion optimization, experimentation, and web product performance.
  • Ability to develop and communicate product strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to define requirements, write user stories, analyze data, and drive execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners, manage competing priorities, and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience using data to identify opportunities, evaluate product performance, and guide decision-making.
  • Comfort working with analytics, experimentation, and product measurement tools such as web analytics platforms, A/B testing tools, dashboards, or data visualization tools.
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering and design to deliver high-quality web experiences in an Agile product development environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate customer problems, business opportunities, product decisions, roadmap priorities, and performance results.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on web platforms, site performance, tracking, experimentation, SEO considerations, and implementation tradeoffs.
  • A customer-first mindset and interest in improving the live event ticket-buying experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on high-traffic consumer web products.
  • Experience in online marketplaces, ticketing, travel, retail, media, or other high-intent e-commerce businesses.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO concepts such as structured data, crawlability, internal linking, page speed, indexation, and scalable landing page experiences.
  • Experience partnering with paid search, paid social, affiliate, CRM, or lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Experience with experimentation programs, including test design, hypothesis development, success metrics, readouts, and iteration planning.
  • Familiarity with personalization, merchandising, search, recommendations, event discovery, or checkout optimization.
  • Interest in live events, sports, concerts, theater, and helping fans discover unforgettable experiences.
