Vivid Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will work in a dynamic outpatient office located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where collaboration and teamwork are encouraged. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish baseline data and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment options effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's condition, continuously adapting based on their progress and needs.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals and refer patients for additional services when necessary, maintaining a holistic approach to care.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and timely, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and build relationships within the community.
• Contribute to departmental goals by participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives and other collaborative projects.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and serve as a mentor to students and new practitioners within the facility.

Your role will involve working closely with a varied mix of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will assess and treat patients to support their recovery journey, focusing on functional movements and overall improvement in quality of life.

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of Virginia is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

While prior experience is not required, candidates with at least 2 years of physical therapy experience are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with outpatient settings and a commitment to continuous learning will be advantageous.
