The Recovery & Vitality Tech plays an important role in delivering PALM Health's signature recovery, wellness, and vitality services. This team member helps create exceptional experiences for members while administering non-invasive wellness therapies, supporting personalized care plans, and maintaining a welcoming, restorative environment.


Recovery & Vitality Techs work in conjunction with other wellness professionals, providing members with access to innovative therapies designed to support recovery, relaxation, resilience, and overall well-being.


This position is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare, wellness, human performance, integrative medicine, nursing, physical therapy, chiropractic care, exercise science, hospitality, or other helping professions. Team members gain valuable experience in a collaborative, member-centered healthcare environment while developing skills in wellness services, client care, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a wellness, healthcare, or spa setting preferred.

- Knowledge of wellness therapies such as cryotherapy, salt therapy, PEMF, and related treatments is a plus.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to explain complex treatments in a clear and professional manner.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
