The Social Media Administrator will shape and execute our brand voice across all digital platforms. This role will work closely with the brand management team to craft a cohesive brand story, develop compelling product content, and lead integrated social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a data-driven marketer who can turn insights into engaging content that builds community and drives results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the brand management team to define and refine a clear, consistent brand voice and storytelling framework
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all social media platforms and digital channels
  • Create and oversee high-quality content for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives
  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Lead influencer and creator partnerships from end to end, including identification, outreach, briefing, content direction, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends to build brand loyalty and audience growth
  • Monitor content performance and social media analytics, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities to expand brand reach and relevance
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content formats, including copy, visuals, and tone

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
