Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to both the visual and operational success of our residential development projects. You will be responsible for managing all phases of design development, from initial concepts to final installations. You will interact closely with senior leadership, ensuring their visions are transformed into stunning architectural realities while overseeing multiple residential projects.
The ideal candidate combines a strong design sensibility with excellent logistical and negotiation skills. Youll collaborate closely with senior management, subcontractors, and vendors to bring our residential projects to lifeon time, on budget, and to the highest design standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ascertain project requirements and preferences.
  • Develop detailed design drawings that reflect both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
  • Utilize CAD, Revit, and other design software to create comprehensive design documentation.
  • Guide and coordinate the work of junior designers and draftsmen through the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Coordinate with third-party engineers and consultants to integrate various systems into the overall design.
  • Manage selections for finishes, materials, and furnishings as part of the design process.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and innovations in high-end residential architecture.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architectural design in the US.
  • Certification or bachelors degree in architecture or related field.
  • Knowledge of building materials and interior finish products
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, and other design software.
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in AI-powered tools for design, visualization, and workflow optimization
  • Familiarity with Procore is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
