Job Description

The Display Ads UX team designs solutions for advertisers to reach new customers and publishers to monetize their content, and are seen by millions of people every day. 

As a member of this team you should be familiar with user experience design, user research, and have strong visual design skills. You focus on efficiency, collaboration, and flawless attention to detail. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide a Google-caliber design service. You anticipate how decisions are made, think ahead and constantly suggest new ideas, improvements to concepts and processes. 



Qualifications

3+ years Production Design experience 

Strong typographic skills and a clean visual design sense 

Linked to portfolio or PDF must be included on the resume 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

Self-directed with strong problem solving skills 

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills 

Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume, multi-tasking work environment. 

Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or other graphics packages

BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent practical experience. 

Additional Information

Work closely with UI Designers to create and deliver UI elements for production use. 

Champion production design workflow within the design and client teams 

Extend draft designs using existing patterns 

Create detailed specifications of user interface elements, flows and patterns 

Collaborate with UX teams to develop wireframes, storyboards, and rapid prototypes 

Ensure that the assets and documentation delivered are accurate, concise and on time
