Job Summary:
We're seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Technology Advisors focused on new business growth and account expansion. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader who thrives on developing top sales talent and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping regional market success-helping your team master consultative selling, uncover client needs, and position Visual Edge IT's full portfolio of managed IT, hardware, and professional services solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals in equipment, services, and managed IT solutions.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, metrics, and accountability through consistent coaching, pipeline management, and sales activity reviews.
  • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, strategic account planning, and disciplined sales execution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders-including Operations, Marketing, and Service Delivery-to ensure seamless client experiences and strategic account growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate team performance, forecast sales, and ensure alignment with company financial objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high achievement within the sales organization.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals, creating development plans that enhance skillsets and prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Promote Visual Edge IT's Total Technology approach, demonstrating the value of integrated solutions that empower business transformation.
  • Perform additional duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership or management role, ideally within technology, managed services, or business solutions industries.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve measurable performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, enterprise-level accounts, and long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
