Job description

What we're looking for:

Supergoop! is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to help bring new product launches & marketing campaigns to life across key retailers in North America (Sephora, Nordstrom, Bluemercury, and priority Indie accounts). This includes (but is not limited to!) merchandising, product messaging, IRL events, retail media, social media, and dotcom activations. This highly ambitious, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate individual should have their finger on the pulse of beauty, consumer-obsessed, love to make to-do lists & cross things off, and enjoy building relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

360 Integrated Marketing: In this role, you will own the development, execution, and reporting of all retail marketing programs that increase awareness, drive traffic, and convert shoppers across key accounts. You will spearhead execution of all marketing programs to support product launches and core campaigns that ladder up to global strategy and sales plan while meeting specific retailer needs. You will partner with internal accounts, events, education, social, and influencer teams to build calendar synergy and amplify retailer key moments. 

Visual Merchandising: Lead Visual Merchandising & Secondary Placement strategy across Sephora, Nordstrom, Bluemercury, and priority Indie accounts. Project manage to meet key deadlines while collaborating with Retailers, Account Management, and Creative to execute assortment, messaging, graphics, and proofing. 

Sampling: Lead sampling and co-op initiatives across all regions. Oversee execution of all sampling programs to ensure key dates are met 

Dotcom: 

  • Own concepting and briefing asset deliverables and copy for all new launches
  • Continued optimization of existing pages ensuring pages stay up to date with best in class assets to help grow our retailer.com business
  • Develop and own deliverable tracker to ensure timelines meet key dates 

Market Meetings: Help support team in preparation and execution of market weeks by building necessary materials and planning meeting logistics

Manage retail marketing budgets including estimates, POs, and monthly reconciliations

Develop cross functional relationships to ensure all deliverables are aligned with product launches, retailer timelines

Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize opportunities for brand exposure and growth

Inspire! Monitor industry developments, obsess over consumer trends, and have a steady pulse on store updates to inform / inspire retail marketing strategies and in store execution

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, Marketing preferred
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience, Sephora experience strongly preferred
  • Organizational and project management skills 
  • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office - Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google docs 
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)

Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000/year + bonus potential
