Job Title: Assistant Manager/Receiving/Weekend Supervisor


Job overview:
You are responsible for effectively supervising daily functions and overall operations of the store. You will be working closely with the management team and owner to direct all activities relating to growing the business including training and motivating a successful selling team. Must exhibit exceptional people skills, enjoy working with children, and possess the ability to
work in a very fast-paced environment.


Overall Responsibilities:
• Personnel Management (Leader)
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
o Manage staff receiving physical inventory and restocking throughout the day.
o Ensure staff is maintaining everyday housekeeping standards
o Share weekly best sellers with team
o Communicate with the owner regularly to keep them informed of store


Tasks
• Operations (Backroom)
o Manage the store's supplies, such as labels, wrapping paper, bags, etc.
o Make sure all equipment/and computers are operational and in working
order.
o Physical and electronic product receiving
o Merchandise received products.
o Maintain backroom organization
o Follow up and correct negative on hands
o Manage damages
Manage cleaning supplies

• Merchandising (Visual Merchandising)
o Creation and implementation of merchandising themes
o Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and product placement
o Ensure the correct balance of signage throughout the store and windows
Create new window displays every 2 months and with change of season or
holiday
