Job description

We are hiring a Visual Merchandising Production/Project Manager to join a top fashion brand in NYC.bThis freelance position is currently set to run for 5 months and will be hybrid in their NYC office.
  • Pay Rate: $32/HR

Responsibilities:
  • Provide distribution and mechanical files for production.
  • Support seasonal campaign rollouts through rendering and versioning.
  • Partner with North America, Global, and Sales teams on 2D strategy and timelines to create vendor distribution lists.
  • Respond to and fulfill marketing field requests.
  • Manage the development and organization of marketing briefs.
  • Maintain and organize project details using Excel and internal tracking tools.
  • Manage production timelines and coordinate asset delivery with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the installation of graphics, window displays, and pop-ups, while overseeing quality control for installation and fabrication.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Visual Production, Marketing, and/or Creative Project Management with a focus on retail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing marketing or creative production teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting short deadlines.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
