Job Description

Overview
The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager willbe responsible forexecuting the visualstrategy in the Texas/Central region.They must be able to read and interpret corporate visual directives and product planograms while making informed decisions that positivelyimpactthe business. VM will train and develop the Visual Specialists, as well as sales and management teams, with the goal ofmaintaininga consistently superior product presentation in stores at all times. The VM will support the stores in their region to assess the needs and opportunities in their markets. VM will support the VM Director for windows and special incase installs and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising

  • Execute in store Visual Merchandising strategies as outlined by corporate Merchandising team (Windows, Incase, Seasonal & Special Initiatives)

  • Visit stores in region on a regular schedule- Retail and Wholesale

  • Lead window installs and floor moves in region

  • Maintain an organized photo library of pictures from store visits and remote coaching

  • Prepare visuals in store for events/visits and create displays when special product is brought in for events

  • Key player in Retail and Wholesale openings across the US and Canada

Training

  • Train with VM Director on VM standards (windows, special incase, and monthly directives)

  • Work with Store Managers and Regional Directors to address needs and opportunities

  • Train and develop Visual Specialist and sales staff on product Merchandising standards and proper store maintenance

  • Educate the staff on visual directives - provide background on adjacencies for collections

Business

  • Possess a strong understanding of luxury jewelry business and consumer shopping trends in your markets

  • Maintain merchandising floorplans for all stores

  • Develop a strong partnership with corporate Visual and store managers todetermineVM decisions based on market trends/business and linear analysis for location

  • Maintain operational excellence and collaborate with the team to ensure minimum disruption

  • Cultivate andmaintainstrong partnerships with store managers and team

  • Independently manage travel schedule for store visits to ensure consistent and thorough communication to corporate Visual

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of visual merchandising field experience for luxurybrand(jewelry experience preferred).

  • Experience leading andadvisingretail teams, visualstandardsand strategies.

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail oriented, efficient, organized, self-starter, highly productive and collaborative approach to work.

  • Adaptability,maintainingeffectiveness when experiencing changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new processes and requirements.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field

Location:Central/Texas

Travel:70% travelrequired
