A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements most. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Ability togenuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong communicationskills-both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation. Hiring Range:

$14.00 - $19.20 USD per hour
