Job description

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The Victoria’s Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Victoria’s Secret Manager owns:

  • Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
  • Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
  • Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
  • Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
  • Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
  • Direct reports, as assigned, including Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
  • This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
