As a leader in the home furnishings industry, Regency Management Services is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retail Visual Display Merchandiser to help bring our showrooms to life. In this role, you'll create and maintain visually compelling displays that elevate the guest experience, support sales, and showcase the Ashley Furniture brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for visual merchandising, high-end retail, fashion, home décor, or interior design who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to execute showroom presentations that inspire customers.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with store leadership and team members to create and maintain a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience across all showroom locations.
  • Supervise and work alongside Material Handlers to build, assemble, and position furniture and fixtures.
  • Execute and maintain corporate visual merchandising standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
  • Set showroom displays, execute floor sets, and maintain merchandising displays and planograms.
  • Create visually compelling showroom presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Assist with training new team members on visual merchandising standards and display expectations.
  • Support administrative functions and special visual merchandising projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, showroom presentation, high-end fashion merchandising, or floor set execution is required.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of retail visual standards, merchandising techniques, product presentation, floor sets, and creating engaging customer experiences.
  • Passion for interior design, home furnishings, visual merchandising, or fashion.
  • Strong creative ability with an eye for design and presentation.

  • Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with excellent hand-eye coordination for up to eight hours per workday.
