Role Description The Visual Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Garden City, NY, responsible for bringing the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling to life in the store. This role designs and installs window displays, floor sets, and product presentations that reflect current trends and seasonal campaigns while supporting sales objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include styling mannequins, arranging merchandise to highlight key collections, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring signage and fixtures are accurate and appealing. The Visual Merchandiser collaborates with store leadership and associates to execute company guidelines, adapt layouts based on performance, and create an engaging, guest-focused environment. This position also supports daily store operations and may assist with customer interactions to ensure the visual experience aligns with brand values.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Retail and Sales experience, with an understanding of how visual presentation influences store performance.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and create a welcoming guest experience.
